  I want to share a great experience I have had working directly with Steven from Andrea and Co. He has been a professional, highly informative, helpful and warm hearted agent from the start. He helped advise me on a property I brought and … More even supported me in the amount I should offer and had a word with the vendor's agents, which saved me £10K in a purchase. Steven also gave me lots of general advise and saved me money as a landlord when renting out my property. He rapidly found me high quality tenants with rent guarentee cover included so I had piece of mind. He also aranged small handyman jobs to be done and was able to get the property cleaned / ready for rental for me. I felt I did not have to worry about anything whilst in his care. Steven came highly recommended to me from a friend who also rents a property through him and I have since recommended Andrea and Co to others. I am a happy customer. Sal Zale
