  • Wondering what documents you must have to be able to pass an affordability check?

    To pass referencing the combined tenant(s) earnings need to be a minimum of 30x the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is £1000 per month. The combined earnings of the tenants would need to be a minimum of £30,000 per year. Our referencing supplier will require proof of this income.

    If you are employed:

    • 3 months payslips;

  • What if I need a guarantor?
