Can I instruct you to sell my home and other agents?
Of course! You are in control of the sale of your home. We will never stop you from doing what you feel is right for your sale.
What if I have potentially found a private buyer before instructing Andrea & Co?
Just let us know! You can declare their name on our terms of business. If that buyer comes good, we will not charge our fee.
What is the property fails to complete after exchanging?
If there is an exchange of contracts, but no completion our fee remains due and shall be paid on the date planned for completion or on the date when completion is aborted, whichever is sooner.
When does the sales commission become payable?
The commission fee will become due on exchange of unconditional contracts for the sale of the property and payable on the earlier of completion or 60 (sixty) days after exchange of contracts.
